El Pollo Loco - Walnut

It was disappointing that the dining room was not open. Cashier said they didn't have enough help to open it. We got the 2 people chicken flour and took it home. Macaroni and cheese side was quite small for 2 people, but the Broccoli was sufficient. Overall a good meal for the price.

I was starved for some Polo Loco...so I drove a few miles more to my favorite. It was so worth it! 5? 's across the board...Taste...Value $20 for 12 pieces, 3 large sides...salsa and tortillas) ...and Service, I couldn 't bring up my coupon but they honored it anyway! In extremly trying times as these...I really needed some satisfaction...and I got it! Great leftovers for lunch today too... This is my #1 Polo Loco location! On my top 10 Fast Food Restaurants List 2020 .

The facilities are clean and well lit and the employees work. The foods are sufficiently expensive and the portions are appropriate. The salads and salsa are fresh and the menu has a good choice. Overall, this is a place that I would revisit and collect over the vast majority of Fast Food restaurants.

We ordered 16 pieces of chickens, but they didn't give the full 16. In addition, each of the tortillas/tipps had to be asked for the tortillas, and they did not even give the full amount we requested. We were in different places and gave ourselves more. I don't think we'll return to this place.

45 minutes after ordering my food from this place only waited to find out that they are closed, although it means they are open until 10 a.m. on Saturdays. It's 8:00. I'll never be back.
