Quality is not consistent here. When its good it's great but when its not, well...it's really not great. Today we ordered to french dips and got no au jus, this has happened a few times before, seems its a common problem. Unfortunately the dip is kind of the main thing in a French Dip sandwich, without it you have just a very dry beef sandwich. Secondly, portion control is quite random it seems. I suspect it just comes down to who makes your sandwich. Sometimes you get a big juicy sandwich and sometimes you get a scrawny emaciated looking thing with hardly any meat. Today was the latter : Miserly meat portions and missing dip kind of put a dampener on the food which is otherwise quite tasty. Maybe next time we will get lucky and the better sandwich maker will be working.

Always mess up your order...every single time. Not once has it been correct. Employees are rude and don't want to help you. Great food but NOT worth ordering from if your food comes messed up somehow every single time... waste of money and time.

I'm fine with a restaurant with just a vegan option as long as it tastes good. Unfortunately there was no effort in the vegan option at mr. pickle’s. when I tried this sandwich, the brot was overall strong and hard, but at the same time gay from the instincts of the sandwiches on the inside. the content of the sandwich was only sweet and hummus, but the hummus was like water.

Excellent sandwiches, with the order always perfect, with fresh and plentiful ingredients. The surprise cookie a thoughtful touch. I return when I must have a Mr Pickles sandwich and my husband is always willing to join me.

Terrible, terrible customer service and poorly prepared sandwiches. Will not be coming here again. The ladies behind the counter were very rude to all customers, it seems they hate their jobs. My truly vegan sandwich was very dry and poorly made, missing ingredients and the Hot T sandwich was subpar as well.
