We had a wonderful dinner at the Colliery on Friday night. Our group of ten thoroughly enjoyed everything. The Arachne balls were absolutely amazing—definitely a must-try! Great job, chef!

Anna is back and her Italian food is as delicious as ever! No one can do a fresh spinach and ricotta cannelloni with bolognaise sauce quite like Anna
