I was passing through on my way to Queensland , after trying to get a meal from two other pubs (kitchen closed) the Colliery Inn was still offering us food. The service, beer and food was outstanding, Nathan and the entire staff were extremely friendly to us and I would recommend this pub to anyone passing through new castle. Great job guys!

Got dinner Uber eats delivered last night after a huge day in the yard. First time we have got from there and it was phenomenal to say the least. Food was incredible and the steak was cooked to perfection! Will not be going anywhere else from now on, this is what Aussie pubs are all about!
