In most cases, it's not my first go-to when I'm thinking of a quick place to eat or even for a dine-in meal. But it's not necessarily because of anything I like or dislike about Panera. I'll happily agree that they have some very good options and can prepare a thoroughly satisfying meal, however, my reason for the 4 stars is mainly because not one of the many Paneras that is out there serves everything they claim to. It's almost impossible finding things like lobster bisque or even the clam chowder and I'm a huge soup enthusiast (excuse the term). So if you're looking for something that you found at your local grocer, chances are they're not gonna have it available at the local Panera.

Love it, clean social distancing and very sanitary have sanitizer everywhere! Awesome! It is now 2022 and Panera has Jylusdet an outstanding perspective on customer service. She was very professional and help me and my wife ordering making a enjoyable experience. Thank you for making her an employee that I believe she should be recognized for. Simply the best because it's who you first meet in a restaurant that sets the tone and she was right on key. AWESOME THANKS SO MUCH

Love the ro.as and fresh bakery selection! Spacious restaurant. Friendly, courteous staff and clean establishment. Can get busy quickly so pre-ordering is a plus for delivery or take out.

While I generally like this location and they are normally well staffed and wait times are pretty low, today was just terrible. Came in a littler earlier to avoid the lunch rush. Waited over 30 minutes for our dine in order. Drive thru and online orderswere getting preference over those who decided to dine in. They also appeared to be very understaffed today.
