Every time I visit the wallingford location, the employees are always very nice. I don't understand all the complaints about the lack of meat, as I always receive more than enough. Instead of ordering ahead, maybe take an extra 5 minutes and have your food made right in front of you if you consistently have issues. It seems like a simple solution to ensure you get exactly what you want. In my experience, there are more customers with bad attitudes than employees. Perhaps if people were nicer, they would have a better experience. Just my opinion!
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My burrito was not rolled properly and was folded in half like a taco. I also received only a few chips with no salsa, despite requesting red salsa. I have been a customer since the opening of this place, but the quality has deteriorated so much that I will now be going to Chipotle instead. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the challenges of finding good staff, but every person who eats a burrito knows that they should be rolled and folded properly, not just thrown haphazardly into foil. For $18, I expected a delicious masterpiece, but instead received something inedible. This experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to write my first ever review.
Do not count them to get the Monday burrito special, unless they have an app. had a girl let me wait while she put the dinge away. then some of the foods were not ready yet and when I got to the end of the counter I found, unless I had the app I could not get the Monday special. the sad thing was that there was a big smile on her face, I don't think she likes to work with the public.
This situation is terrible. I don't understand how people can mess up an online order. the articles are written down and they just have to go down a list and how do they run out of ground bark? I understand that there is a problem of the supply chain, but if I can still buy it without problems in the load, then I don't see how it can be a problem there. even if they send my online order to them in a plate with aluminum foil, they can at least name them that are because once they discover all see the same.
