Double Play Cafe - Wallingford

Had my daughter's 30th birthday party there. Place was excellent to have it there. Big back room.Accommodated at least 50 people. Food was just okay. Had some appetizers. Deep fried Raviolis were a little over cooked.1The one big flaw was, someone opened the back door and people were smoking pot right outside the door. It smelled so, so bad. I got sick, and there was a baby there too. Some people in our party left, even myself. The party was ruined. As we were leaving someone finally closed the back door. That shouldn't have been allowed. At least the air was turned on. The place itself is very nice.

We were pleasantly surprised...food was great!! Staff were accommodating friendly. Watching college basketball was a 'group ' thing! Definitely coming back.

We have been there twice, started going when we are seeing concerts at Oakdale Theater. Food us always good and people are nice. Definitely will be back.??
