Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a party box an hour in advance, but then waited an extra hour and 7 minutes in the drive-thru. There was only one person making subs, while the other staff member was sitting on his phone eating chips. Seriously, he couldn't help wrap or prepare a sub? Eventually, another employee showed up 40 minutes later and had an attitude, refusing to assist the first guy with my order. If preparing 10 subs takes two hours, they really shouldn’t be in business. This was on Sunday, June 25th.
The service was quite unfriendly. The staff seemed irritated when I inquired about my 16-inch order. Additionally, I didn't receive my change. I had ordered 2 pickles, and they confirmed my order back to me, but when I received my food, the pickles were missing. When I pointed this out, they informed me that they don't serve pickles at this location. However, after I mentioned that they had repeated my order back, they suddenly provided me with 3 pickles!
We visited Wingstop located next to Jimmy John's. Since they don’t offer a dining area, we opted for carryout. Unfortunately, the server forgot to include any dip for the veggies my husband ordered. Other than that, we were very pleased with our experience. The wings were delicious, and the portion size for the veggies was impressive.
Tonight 4/29/2023 I went into this store to grab dinner. It was 7pm and there were two guys working. I said hello when I walked in and got a dirty look from one of the guys and the other completely ignored me. Not even a hello or hey how are you. I asked if I could get get mayo on my sandwich and got a snotty reply as to what was on the sandwich. The receipt says the guy taking the order is Michael. The other guy gave me the bag with the order and I said "thank you, have a good night, and all I got was a dirty look and he walked away. Oh and by the way, the pounding, head banging rock music was beyond loud. I cannot understand why I was treated like I was disturbing them and like I was dirt. This is the second time I ran into these same guys and my previous experience was was the same. If they worked for me, they would be fired for their attitudes. We will not be spending any more money at JJ 's and I will be contacting the owner about their customer service. Absolutely terrible!
You guys are great but you really need to repair that giant hole in your drive thru.
