Bidra med feedbackOne of our favorite restaurant to eat when we up in grand rapids. Food is good. Love the pot roast and roasted mushrooms. Crew are friendly. Our daughters love to eat here. I have a daughter that have food allergy and she is not a big fun of eating in a restaurant because of her allergy but she get excited everytime we eat here. She love the Mac and cheese .
Pros: My kids loved it! They ate pretty well since there was variety and I didn't have to prepare 10 different things. If you aren't expecting a 4 or 5 star experience it's fine. Cons: First plate we picked up had old food caked onto it. The service staff needed help as they were trying to do too many things. Some of the other patrons made me cringe a bit.
I'm sure the food taste pretty good if you're homeless or just out of jail, but that's the only way it would taste good. And if you fall under either of those categories you wouldn't be able to afford it anyway because it was $44 for 2 people and 2 large drinks. Also our waitress was MIA pretty much the entire time and it was really cold inside. Never again.
My latest visit 6/29/22 was AMAZING! Tabitha, our waitress, was spot on and friendly. Our table was consistently cleared of debris, and our beverage glasses never went dry. She was always checking to make sure we and others diners had what we needed and was hands down the best waitress we’ve had anywhere in a really long time. The food was also really good. We got there around 11:30 so it was very fresh. I also noticed the manager walking around checking the food to ensure quality and correcting staff on food prep when necessary. Overall, I was VERY impressed -lots of attention to detail from ALL staff to ensure we had a good experience.
