Bidra med feedbackI called tonight to go, took it up, took it home and was disappointed. I ordered something that pork had drawn in whoever I spoke on the phone obviously neglected to write drawn pork so that I ended up with corn chips, cheese, a few jalapinos, your cream, the best part of the dish missing, I mean, I could have thrown this together. The chicken wings were delish. It happens a lot. The people who take orders over the phone should only do that, not talk to someone who passes or does something else. You have to pay attention to one thing at a time. Very disappointed.
1. "I had a disappointing experience with this place. I had at least six options to choose from, but the food was cold when I picked it up. They even replaced my food without informing me. What was supposed to be a 20-minute wait turned into an hour. It just keeps getting worse. I decided to give them one last chance when they started offering delivery, but the drivers weren't available that night. It seems like the owners really don’t care. I’d recommend sticking with Poor Peoples Pub instead; at least they’re consistent with their indifference." 2. "I tried this restaurant multiple times, thinking things would improve, but it just keeps getting worse. My food was cold at pickup, and they switched it out without letting me know. A 20-minute wait turned into an hour. On top of that, when I hoped for a better experience with their pizza delivery, there were no drivers available. It’s clear the owners don’t care. I suggest going to Poor Peoples Pub instead — at least there’s no pretense there." 3. "I wanted to like this restaurant, but my experiences have been frustrating. I had six choices, but when I picked up my food, it was cold. They even replaced my meal without telling me. What was meant to be a 20-minute wait turned into an hour. I thought I’d give them one last chance with their new pizza delivery service, but there were no drivers available that night. It seems like the owners are indifferent to customer satisfaction. I’d recommend Poor Peoples Pub instead; at least they are straightforward." 4. "This restaurant has really let me down. With at least six menu options, I was excited, but my food was cold when I picked it up, and they switched it out without any notice. A supposed 20-minute wait stretched into an hour, which is unacceptable. I thought I’d give their delivery service a try, but no drivers were available that night. The owners seem to have a complete disregard for their customers. I suggest you stick to Poor Peoples Pub; at least they’re refreshingly honest about their lack of concern." 5. "I’ve tried giving this restaurant a fair chance, but it just keeps disappointing me. I had six options, but the food was cold when I picked it up. They ended up replacing my order without telling me, and a 20-minute wait turned into an hour. I thought the new pizza delivery would be a good change, but there were no drivers that night. The owners seem uninterested in customer service. I recommend Poor Peoples Pub instead; they clearly don’t pretend to care." 6. "After several attempts to enjoy this restaurant, I’ve hit my limit. There were at least six choices, but my food was cold at pickup, and they replaced it without informing me. A 20-minute wait morphed into an hour. I decided to give their pizza delivery a shot, only to find there were no drivers that evening. It’s clear the owners don’t prioritize customer care. I’d recommend heading over to Poor Peoples Pub; they don’t hide their indifference."
I called this evening to place a takeout order. After picking it up and bringing it home, I found myself quite disappointed. I had ordered a dish that included pulled pork, but unfortunately, the person I spoke with on the phone didn't note that part of the order. Instead, I received corn chips, cheese, a few jalapeños, and sour cream—basically something I could have easily thrown together myself. The chicken wings were delicious, though. This kind of mix-up happens too often. When taking orders over the phone, staff should focus on the task at hand instead of getting distracted by other things going on around them. It's essential to pay attention to one thing at a time. Once again, I'm very disappointed.
I gave this restaurant multiple chances—at least six. The food I picked up was cold, they substituted items without informing me, and what was supposed to be a 20-minute wait ended up taking an hour. The issues just keep piling up. I decided to give them one more try when they started offering pizza delivery, but the driver wasn’t available that night. It seems like the owners don’t care at all. Honestly, I recommend sticking with Poor Peoples Pub; at least they show they care about their customers.
I visited this restaurant for the first time based on a friend's recommendation, and I was quite disappointed. My husband ordered the clam plate, which was the Friday special, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The clams were overcooked, and the portion size was small for the price. I chose the pizza, and it tasted like they used store-bought jarred sauce! The peppers were raw, and the fresh mozzarella I requested was barely there. I likely won’t be coming back.
