Papa John's Pizza - Wakefield

I placed an online order for delivery and when it arrived at my home, I found that there was no marinara sauce included with the cheese sticks and the pizza was not even sliced. Additionally, the woman with blonde hair who was barely dressed was incredibly rude and did not acknowledge us until the young man asked about our online order. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:38 after calling at 9:30 with no answer. I asked a staff member what time they closed and was told 10. I tried to order a pizza but was told the oven had already been turned off. I suggested they should keep it on until closing time at 10, but they insisted on shutting it down early. I mentioned that this was not the proper way to run a business, and overall had a negative experience at Papa John's in Wakefield.

My 86-year-old aunt loves the pizza at this place. Although it is located in a petrol station, the staff is friendly, the food is fresh, and the service is quick.

I called at 9:30 but no one answered. I decided to drive to the restaurant and arrived at 9:38. When I asked a girl what time they closed, she said 10. I then inquired about ordering a pizza, but she said they had already shut off the oven. I expressed my disappointment as it seemed they were closing earlier than advertised. The girl explained that she needed time to clean up and close down the foodbar. I suggested that they could start cleaning earlier without shutting down the oven until the actual closing time of 10. Overall, I was not impressed with the service at Papa John's in Wakefield.
