The staff is friendly and quick and attentive. Average coffee shop to get a coffee and a bite to eat in the morning or afternoon. Nothing really spectacular but nothing bad just a good average place to go. Easy to get in and out of.

I always go to this location in the early a.m. before work. Never a real issue besides a bad batch of coffee here and there. But today I go in, Saturday morning, I get a medium hot coffee. I took a few sips before I notice a long black hair sticking out of the drinking hole! GROSS! I know its not mine because I have short red hair! And every employee in the place has black or dark hair color!! Not cool!

This place is a complete disaster! There is a woman working there who clearly has no business being there. Did not even notice I came in (even though when the front door opens it chimes , she was clearly on a personal, so after about 5 minutes of being ignored, I finally announced my presence. I ordered a simple iced coffee with a flavor shot and almond milk... NO SUGAR, which I repeated several times. Then she was burning some other order as well, and the smell of burnt food was overpowering, I am actually surprised the smoke alarm did not go off (but I am thinking this store is such a mess, you do not even have those .
