Taste Buds The Station - Wakefield

Just noticed this place after being dropped off at the station, and as soon as I’d had my first sip, I concluded what’s in the title!! Pastries are top quality too!! Nicely done, and thanks for the great start this morning!!!

We enjoyed a delightful brunch at The Station. We were seated in the first-class lounge and received table service from the very friendly staff. The food was excellent and the coffee was especially delicious.

I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of this restaurant. I felt very safe dining here. The staff were delightful, friendly, caring, and helpful. The food was delicious, I would expect to pay much more for the Caesar salad I had at another restaurant. Despite not dining out much lately, I will definitely be returning to this establishment.

The menu at Taste Buds Wakefield may not be extensive, and if you're looking for a hot cooked meal, this might not be the place for you. However, if you're in the mood for a delicious bacon or sausage butty, a toasted panini, or some amazing baked treats, then this is definitely worth a visit. The staff, two lovely ladies, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure that our visit was memorable. They took great care of us from start to finish. Even my picky niece was pleased with her deconstructed bacon, sausage, and egg sandwich. My cheese and pickle sandwich was pre-packed, which was a bit disappointing, but everything else, including the coffee, was excellent. I'm sure we'll be back soon to indulge in those delicious brownies.

Absolutely fantastic afternoon tea was stunning and delicious highly recommend this little cafe. We will definitely be returning.
