Eastern Court - Wakefield

My family and I decided to try out this restaurant for dinner after our usual favorites were fully booked. The food was decent, though nothing extraordinary, but there was plenty of it and the prices were reasonable. However, what really let this place down was the service. When we arrived and told the man about our reservation, he abruptly cut us off to answer the phone. The waitress who served us seemed to be in a bad mood and barely acknowledged us when we wanted a drink. The same unfriendly attitude was apparent when they cleared our plates. This restaurant has potential, but they really need to improve their customer service.

Very bad quality of eating. everything was dirty, the chicken cure was watered, the whole meat was delicious. they looked like they bought all of asda, nothing special. I find it very bad to expect that for refilling on softdrinks when they are paid for a buffet. fair enough for alcohol, but not for softdrinks. will not be back. if I could evaluate it, I would have it!

Paid a visit to this weekend, came there for about 18:30, will not return, although eating came it tasted, so bland water washed curry without taste, garne tasted like it frozen as well as the black would not return. the best is the ice (of the machine)!

Family of 9. seven adult 2 children. had pre booked was shown directly on our table. eating was all fresh and constantly replaced by the staff. all agreed every meal they tried was the best quality. I couldn't owe one of the different courts. personal. always deals with the remediation. we would go back. definatley. read some bad reviews can not see why bad reviews from our experience. best Chinese restaurant uve was.

I made a reservation for 7:30 and had to wait in line for about 10 minutes before being hurried to pay immediately for food and a drink. We were then instructed to find our table number. The food queue was chaotic and crowded, resembling a cattle market. The inside of the restaurant was noisy and we were unable to eat together as we had to queue separately for our food. People were cutting in line and the layout was poorly organized. The food was bland and flavorless, making it the worst all-you-can-eat experience I have ever had. If you enjoy the sound of pots, pans, and cutlery clanging while you eat, then this is the place for you.
