Subway - Wake Forest

I've been to this Subway twice, and the Hispanic ladies who assisted me were very nice. Unfortunately, they no longer serve large pieces of chicken breast, opting instead for smaller, controlled portions, which is disappointing. However, the staff works hard to ensure you have a positive experience with their excellent customer service. Overall, the sandwiches taste good, though they do seem a bit expensive these days. One tip: if you decide to leave a tip, it's best to give cash since that will go directly to the staff who helped you.

The manager is truly amazing. I can't thank her enough for her help. She really made my day and went above and beyond to assist me. I was having issues with the online catering order, and she personally called me to help get everything sorted out for my baby shower, just a few hours before the event. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience! The staff member seemed visibly annoyed that I walked in. She tried to fit three meatballs onto a six-inch sandwich, and the tuna was slathered on with a knife, making it thinner than mayonnaise on the bread. To make matters worse, she tried to charge me extra for avocado on the Baja turkey, which is supposed to come with avocado already. In her rush to get rid of me, she almost put the wrong sauce on my sandwich. I’m giving it two stars because the place was very clean and tidy, and I didn’t have to wait.
