California Pizza Kitchen At Mililani

Asked for child meal early. It came with appetizers and he was done with is full size pizza before our food was served. Food was more than 1.5 hours served after being seated. 2 out of 3 entries were cold. Hamburger came back soggy, but we were hungry, so just ate. Not communication if food could be served separate to avoid cold food. Water cups were always full.

I tried to pay for my parents meal over the phone after they had to put down two loved pets within two days and no one could help me. They decided to have a good meal after all the unfortunate events. Unless I had a CPK gift card they wouldn't let me pay for their meal. I live 3,000 miles away and even the manager saw them and then said she could NOT help me. No one has a heart here. Get with the technology and let people do kind things for others. So disappointed in this situation.

We have been enjoying this little diamond in the rough for many months now. In the past I've not been the biggest fan of chain restaurant food. This place blows away my expectations every time. Fresh, hot, and Delicious. Like my woman fey. We love

2.5 stars...half star because the waitress was cordial and nice.Good- wait was not long to be seated, waitress was nice and seemed to be stretched thin- was a pretty busy nightBad- table was sticky and dirty, cups and plates were not washed and had residue from prior use, floaters/stuff in drinks and waters, took little long to get things such as boxes for take home, and the bill.

I want to start by saying that I am originally from California. I've had CPK before, but never in a restaurant style like the one in Mililani. I was so impressed with how beautiful this place was. It's close to other cute shops and has lots of great options, aside from pizza. Everything was so good. The food was fresh, and our server was amazing, despite the dinner rush. The pizzas were also very reasonably priced and my husband and I have decided we will be ordering from here more often.Kid-friendliness: The server was very welcoming of our little children.
