Jade Garden - Waipahu

As you can see the food was fabulous everything we had tasted so good, and cooked to perfection. It was Easter too so this was a way to end a special day. When I want to eat real good Chinese food I always come to Jade Garden.

Four of us went there for early dinner on a Wednesday night. seated for 15 minutes, no service until we repeatedly tried to get their attention. Then everything went down hill. we had to get their attention for everything but they acted like they didn't see us and looked busy with someone else. food was okay, average but the service and attitude were lousy. We left with huge disappointment, didn't leave a tip, and sworn would never return There are tons of good Chinese restaurants in town. this one is definitely to avoid.

Saturday, 3-25-23 at about 12PM AWESOMELY DELICIOUS FOOD! We ordered one of the banquet menus to go. Seafood tofu soup, Chinese chicken salad, Peking duck with buns, crispy chicken in ginger onion sauce, honey walnut shrimp, seafood bird nest, steamed fish, house special cake noodles steamed rice. The service, food, price, quantity quality were excellent. Please keep up the great work, Jade Garden!

The food was delicious...for 9 people ordered to celebrate a wedding anniversary home. that was only a part of the food. had chew yuk also with the rolls, salt and pepper? pork chops and jindui. so good..thanks!

We gave this restaurant 2 out of 5 stars because our order was fast and correct, but overall our experience was a 1 out of 5. Our pick-up process was terrible. We ordered 4 items totaling almost $70. When we picked up the food, the portion of the General Tso's Chicken was small and lacked chicken. The deep-fried tofu was mushy and seemed undercooked. The Mongolian beef had a weird texture, as if it was mostly fat instead of meat. We were disappointed with the quality of the food and ended up not enjoying it at all when we got home. The only decent dish was the hot and sour soup. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant for the price. You are better off going to Panda Express.
