Jade Garden - Waipahu

We gave this restaurant 2 out of 5 stars because our order was fast and correct, but overall our experience was a 1 out of 5. Our pick-up process was terrible. We ordered 4 items totaling almost $70. When we picked up the food, the portion of the General Tso's Chicken was small and lacked chicken. The deep-fried tofu was mushy and seemed undercooked. The Mongolian beef had a weird texture, as if it was mostly fat instead of meat. We were disappointed with the quality of the food and ended up not enjoying it at all when we got home. The only decent dish was the hot and sour soup. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this restaurant for the price. You are better off going to Panda Express.

The food quality is excellent, scoring a 5 out of 5. However, the service and atmosphere only receive a 3 out of 5 rating.

The customer service is terrible. This says it all. It's quite disappointing because they used to be really good. I wouldn't even give them a single star for this. However, feel free to take your chances if you'd like.

The food at this restaurant is amazing...delicious! The staff is friendly, although they can be quite busy. The phone is constantly ringing off the hook!

As you can see the food was fabulous everything we had tasted so good, and cooked to perfection. It was Easter too so this was a way to end a special day. When I want to eat real good Chinese food I always come to Jade Garden.
