Bidra med feedbackQuality improved large service since the renovation is the order menu one from the pickup? if this is the case, then put some visible menus in front of the order menu.
Visited this Taco Bell today, Feb 7, 22. First experience was a random guy standing in the drive through lane with a small printed menu and a card reader taking orders. Odd, but ok. Their menu sign was apparently broken and that was the adjustment they made. I ordered a quesadilla and my daughter had the nachos grande. The guy asked if we wanted hot sauce or mild. I said mild. Go through the drive through, it was pretty quick, as expected. Pulled over in the parking lot to eat and noticed we had all hot sauces. Looked at the receipt and it said 10 hot sauces. Weird. Now, I normally wouldn't make a deal about this, so I got out of the car and stood in line behind the two cars in the drive through lane, as to not just cut in front of them. A car pulls up behind me, window still down from talking to the guy taking orders. I say I'm just waiting to get sauce. SHE says she had already placed an order, left, and came all the way back because she got hot instead of mild sauce too. It might be a coincidence or it could be that someone new was working the window. I don't know, but I thought it was curious and decided to share. Food ended up being ok, as expected.
Poor service cashier don't know how to ring up order .. Drive thru is paid much attention to and walk in guest are not treated so great or prompt
Can't go wrong with Taco Bell's food but this location's drive thru is the worst even though they recently rebuilt the entire building. Their ordering and pick up area is only a cars length apart which is why traffic gets backed up on the main road. Order on their app and pick up in store for a faster experience. That's if you can even get into the parking lot. There is a public parking lot with a 30 second walk away but it's a little sketch...
