Jesteśmy stałymi klientami tej pizzerii, jedzenie jest bardzo smaczne i ogólnie panuje tam miła atmosfera. Niestety, dzisiaj obsługa nas zawiodła. Nasze zamówienie trafiło do stolika obok, co zdarza się i jest zrozumiałe, jednak goście z tamtego stolika zdążyli już się poczęstować, zanim zorientowali się, że to nie ich zamówienie. Oddali je współpracownikowi, który następnie przyniósł nasze zamówienie do naszego stolika. Kiedy zwróciliśmy uwagę pani z obsługi i zadaliśmy pytanie dotyczące zaistniałej sytuacji, nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi. Odnieśliśmy wrażenie, że była bardzo oburzona i ze złością zabrała zamówienie z powrotem. Siedzieliśmy kolejne 25 minut, czekając na nasze zamówienie lub jakąkolwiek odpowiedź od tej pani, ale się nie doczekaliśmy, więc ostatecznie wyszliśmy z lokalu.

I called at 9:30 p.m. I wanted to order wings for delivery and the lady said there were no wings, I understand, but 5 minutes later I wanted to order a pizza and that's interesting because you couldn't order pizza for delivery and the lady brazenly hung up on herself.
