Food Bowl... Rapidly deteriorating quality of product and service. Don't open early enough for students with early classes, increasingly limited, poor quality meal options. Essentially, the customer is robbed of any real choice. Staff responded to complaints with indignant self-righteousness: claiming that they have a right to charge cooked-to-order cafe prices and serve bulk-buy catering tripe in return. When confronted with special dietary needs, they act as though catering for such students constitutes some kind of special favour. Special dietary meal details aren't even posted in advance. You just have to hope what they hand you over the counter is palatable. Honestly, the service from a couple of years ago was good enough. But all of the penny-pinching has turned this into an appalling joke. The staff know this, but could not care less.
