Waconia Brewing Company

Stopped in yesterday for a couple rainy day beers. I didn't get a picture nor get to enjoy their parking lot patio. With the beertenders suggestion I opted for a Mango Kolsch, it was delicious; thank you! I liked that there was a little sitting area in the corner. Despite the bar stools looking vintage and heavy they were actually quite comfortable. As I stated the staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was easy as it's just a small strip-mall building. This brewery is located across the street from my sisters house. So when we visit, we walk over. I'm not super into branching out on my beers but my husband enjoys coming here. Close and convenient!

If you want to feel ~cool~ alongside your friends that can slam down beers as if they don't taste like licking a sink, look no further than Waconia Brewing Company! They have fun fruity seltzers that LOOK like beer but are not so you don't have to pretend to like beer!!! I honestly might move to Waconia just to become a regular here.

The best brewery in Minnesota. If you want to see what the best of the Minnesota craft beer scene looks like this is it. Whether you are into light stuff (Kolsch) medium bodied (Amber) or dark beer (BP Porter and the Laketown Brown) this place has it. The people are friendly, there are leather couches and a fireplace, the prices are affordable and they have a frequent drinker card (buy 10 growlers get 1 free). Their seasonal beers are fantastic...especially the Laketown Brown. The brewers here aren't afraid to experiment and the stuff they come up with is impressive. They have food truck nights, live music, you can play games at the tables, I love this place.

Great beer and offered multi samples, seldom do we ever ask but they offered to ensure satisfaction in selecting the beer we wanted, which was very helpfu. Very pleasant staff.
