Bidra med feedbackI came here June 28th, 3:24 pm. My drink was good, but then when I was finishing it, the last bit of it felt like CRUMBS. I almost threw up. There was BLACK stuff in the bottom. I?m not sure what it was but it?s so unacceptable. I?m mortified and so disgusted. ????????????
I came to this location a few days ago when the store was short staffed and the lobby was closed. So, I did what any decent person would do and simply went through the drive-thru. The line moved very fast and the worker at the window was very friendly, but stressed. She told me that she?d been getting yelled at all morning by disgruntled customers. They had multiple people call in sick and were unable to turn off mobile orders because of tech. issues. I told her that it?s It?s always surprising to see people lose their minds over a stupid cup of coffee. She ended up giving me my coffee for free as a thank you for being understanding. People, let?s just remember that the people working in customer service are?..ALSO PEOPLE! Let?s have some respect. It?s not their fault that they?re short staffed, or that you made the conscious decision to stop for coffee and now you?re late for work. Get a life.
Pretty disappointed in the Waconia Starbucks. I don?t get coffee out much so when I do it is a treat. Twice at the same location I have ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and they have forgotten the sweet cream. I won?t be going back to this location.
Friendly employees, good coffee, plenty of plugins for charging.
Drive through is always fast and my drink is somewhat complicated and it?s almost always right, and the staff is really nice
