Schlotzsky's - Waco

We were greeted so warmly as was everyone that entered. We were there for quite a while we had a zoom with one of our grandchildren class and needed to set up our laptop in order to make two grandchildren events between San Antonio and Waco. The sweet lady could not be more accommodating. Thank you so much for being so kind!!!

I want to give a shout out to Michelle Gaines and her excellent crew at the south I35 store....I have been eating lunch there for a while now since it's close to my job and even with them being short staffed they always get my order right and it's always fresh and the customer service is always great...I really appreciate you guys for going above and beyond and and hanging in there in such difficult times...I also want to mention maria she is always polite when she answers the phone and takes my order...Michelle Gaines is setting a great example for her staff....thanks again guys Mike

Great food. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Restaurant is always clean

I absolutely love Schlotzky's sandwiches. I am not a fan of sandwiches in general and these are pretty much the only ones I crave. This particular establishment though, did not seem to care. The bread was flat and tough, the ingredients were piled on as if in a rush, and everything was soggy. I'll probably try a different location next time.

We often drive this corridor. We stop here every time because the service and the food is over! We're coming back! Food: 5/5
