George’s Restaurant Bar Catering #2

I was here a few times and always loved eating, but I never had her breakfast. it was delicious! I had only biscuits and engraving with some hash-browns, and it was so full and great. the server were also very nice, and caught and fixed a mistake with our eating very fast.

This was a good place to grab lunch. The atmosphere is great, not too loud. I had the club taco with chicken fajita meat. The chicken had a great flavor and not dry. We also had the jalapeño poppers which were good, also.

George’s offers quite a bit of good food in terms of chicken fried steak, crazy wings, regular wings, and burgers. Both George’s locations whether this one or the location off of Speight Avenue are completely different. I will say that I have had better service at the other location.Be careful for the fish dishes as they don’t always clean their fish properly. I have had several orders that I’ve had to have them remake due to such issues. Attention to detail has not always been their strong suit. However, giving three stars due to items that are good at this restaurant.

I rated 3 because I ordered off the sandwich area $9 change w/ tax over $10. I was very surprised no side come with it like fries, etc... I had to order separately, which I've never experienced a restaurant before Good atmosphere, had a great waitress I hear is a local favorite I've only lived in Hewitt 2 yrs and still exploring Hewitt /Waco area all the different places to go. Had a good time

Great food. although the restaurant was packed, we sat within 5 minutes. and our eating on the table within 10 minutes to foot in the door. I have the fish that was crispy inside, but squirting inside. all the others have burgers who were really good. they are back.
