Went in tonight after a clerk at a local supermarket recommended it to me. It 's definitely a local haunt and a bit of a dive. Tonight was Cigar Night, which was obvious as soon as you opened the door. Fine with me, and I might have joined them if they took credit cards. I only had a modest amount of cash and I wanted to be sure I didn 't overspend on a Macanudo or Cohiba, then have to raid the ATM to pay my dinner tab. Special of the evening was a Chicken Philly. Made to order, it was hot, fresh and HUGE. Which is not to say I didn 't eat every bite because I did! Washed it back with a bottled beer (of which they have plenty). I believe I was the only non-local because everyone else was talking amongst each other. The owners/bartender/cook were very attentive and made me feel at home so I wouldn 't let not being a local scare you away. The food and drink were excellent and reasonably priced. Chicken Philly and a beer, out less than $20 including tip. Check it out.
