Baskin-robbins

This is our neighborhood Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts and it's close to our home and convenient in a strip mall on Touhy, just east of Crawford. The owner is very nice and they offer 10% cash back through Yelp. We go here when I need my ice cream fix or a yummy sugar or waffle cone. They have seats outside when the weather's nice and it gets crowded. Small parking lot can be difficult to maneuver but no complaints.

I absolutely love this Baskin-Robbins Dunkin' Donuts! Even if I haven't visited for two months, three months, or even an entire year, they always remember my face, my voice, and believe it or not, my usual order. They greet everyone who walks in with a warm welcome. The morning staff from Monday to Friday is consistently polite and efficient, and my food is always hot when they hand it to me. Sometimes I place my order through the app and other times I order inside, but I never have to wait more than one to two minutes. They really have a great system for getting us in and out quickly. Excellent customer service – thank you for doing such an outstanding job!

I don't recommend this place. They shortchanged me on the ice cream for my banana split, and I ended up with a disappointing mess instead.
