Bidra med feedbackTypically, the food is good, but there are frequent inconsistencies. I’ve had to return my order four times due to slow service. When I brought these issues up, they were not handled well. After a particularly negative experience where an employee mocked my concerns, I’ve decided to stop eating at Wendy’s. The evening manager, Tammy, needs to address the behavior of certain staff members, or this location may not survive, especially if it relies solely on daytime traffic.
Upon opening my order after the drive, I found everything was wrong. She didn't even note on the receipt that I only wanted ketchup, so the burger was covered in what can only be described as rancid onion mush. To make matters worse, the bacon I had requested was missing. I also noticed that my soda for the value meal wasn't included. When I checked the receipt, I saw that the entire order had been rung up incorrectly. I had to drive back to the restaurant, which isn't just around the corner, because I wasn't about to throw away what I had spent a significant amount of money on. When I returned, I asked for my money back, but the manager somehow messed that up as well. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I was surprised to see that this restaurant had at least five staff members working, yet they appeared to be overwhelmed by the long lines both in the drive-thru and inside. It took me 15 minutes just to place my order at the register, which felt excessively slow. I believe they could greatly improve their customer service by streamlining their processes.
I used to really enjoy Wendy's, but they've consistently messed up my orders. I always order plain burgers, but they still add cheese, even after I clearly specify NO CHEESE three times! It's frustrating how every Wendy's seems to have issues with order accuracy.
The customer service is excellent. The staff are consistently kind and friendly. However, I find that most of the time—about 9 out of 10 visits—my orders are served at room temperature.
