Bidra med feedbackI was surprised to see that this restaurant had at least 5 employees working, but they appeared to be quite overwhelmed by the long drive-thru and indoor lines. It took 15 minutes just to place my order at the checkout, which felt very slow. It seems like they could benefit from improving their process for serving customers.
The staff at this restaurant is always friendly and attentive. The establishment is clean and accurate with your order. Despite being busy, the lines move quickly so don't be discouraged. This Wendy's is one of the most bustling I've ever encountered, but service remains fast and friendly.
Ususully good, but often inconsistent. Returned food here 4 times because it wasn't at speed. Returns were treated in court. After having a bad customer experience, where I was actually mocked by an employee about my worries, I will not use Wendy's anymore. The evening manager Tammy has to clean the house of this kind of staff from the team or it will close this shop, unless they can only survive from the amount of day.
Awful. I intentionally went in so my order didn 't get messed up because my husband is so picky. I placed my order and asked for only cheese and ketchup on the one sandwich. The lady (later finding out is a manager) repeated it back to me like she had never heard of such a thing. She also had no clue actual sandwich I ordered either because she still put in the wrong one. I didn 't realize this till later. After driving all the way home... I open my order to find the entire thing wrong. She didn 't even put on the slip what I asked about only ketchup so the burger was sloppily covered in what only smelled and looked like rancid onion vomit. Let alone the fact it was supposed to have bacon and that was not there. I realized I didn 't get the soda for my value meal. And looking at the receipt the whole order was rung up wrong. I had to drive back, which is not just down the road, because that good just would have went in the garbage and i spent a lot of money on that order. So I brought it back and got my money back and the manager even managed to mess that up.
I was just through the drive thru and had helped jonathan me. seriously, I never have customer service like tonight. he gave me the best experience I could have with an innocence. I didn't even know that was possible. He recommended the chicken bacon queso burger and let me just tell you I never had something so amazing in my life! wendys, you really put your game on with this and jonathan made it a million times better! Someone deserves a raise. next to jonathan
