Chipotle Mexican Grill - Voorhees

Cash registers not working so forced to order online, then the order doesn't show up (after waiting 20 mins) so have to literally write what we ordered on a piece of paper and then wait again. Still waiting. How is this ok?

The floor manager carla some staff need much more education/training on proper communication with customers. A group of boys walked in to Order food and the waitstaff just turned their backs and continued to do mobile orders for at least 3-4 minutes ignoring them. Unfortunately they didn’t see the sign Carla posted on the bottom of the hand sanitizer dispenser stating that they’re short staffed and only taking mobile orders. I told the staff the sign is in a terrible place customers can’t see it so one of the young ladies tried to move it to a more visible spot (the door) and Carla yelled and told them to put it back on the hand sanitizer dispenser. This place is Very tacky! I see why they are short staffed.

We catered Chipotle for my birthday party and it was a great experience. We ordered for 15 people but only had about 10 people for the dinner- so there were plenty left overs. We ordered 3 proteins and some chips. They also supplied all the utensils and bowls we would need. Everyone loved it! Very happy and we would order again.

I use the app and service always takes an extra 20 minutes. The pick up time is always wrong. People walk in and get their food faster. I saw 4-5 employees standing around while 2 other people with mobile orders waited. This place has terrible service. I will find another place. The panchero down the road is better.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the staff's unkindness. Their attitude was quite off-putting; they rolled their eyes and seemed irritated when I spoke, which made me feel belittled. The level of disrespect was noticeable. Additionally, the service was slow when it came to preparing orders. While the food itself is decent, I often found bits of corn or lettuce mixed in with the rice and cheese. The rice was consistently hard and not fresh. I would much prefer Pancheros over this place!
