Reading the reviews when we went to Volos we visited the shop. Impressively kind, they treated us to a nice potato soup, a small plate of cheeses to accompany the wine, and at the end, mastic. However, the food was a little above average. The carpaccio is indifferent, while the rest of the dishes make no difference. Personal opinion as a cold restaurant with good music and many choices of wines. In conclusion, I believe that we would go again to have a more complete view. What an absolute gem! Everyone who comes to Volos needs to come to Vinsanto... great food, great wine and fantastic friendly service in a super chilled out atmosphere. Can not recommend this place enough off the scale!!
