Dunkin' - Volo

I used the drive through service and order some food and medium hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is just water color to look like chocolate. Shame on you guys this is the third time I buy this kind of quality. I thought it was an accident, but this is a pattern. I went to another store and I bought a genuine hot chocolate.This store should be closed, I promise you next time you will have a huge surprise, you will get under investigation. Shame on you!

This location was recommended to me by a friend who shared that this location is one of the best in the area. They are one of the best locations in the area. The dining room is always clean; the staff is knowledgeable, and they will creat any custom drink to your liking. I’ve had only positive experiences here. They have had other donuts that other locations haven’t. They have made my coffee drinks to my specifications and they haven’t disappointed or been super sweet. They haven’t had long waits or long lines either. The one manager is super friendly and very nice.

I get my coffee there in the morning and ladies that work there are awesome very nice and friendly.Kid-friendliness: Good service and very friendly. Keep up the good work.
