Siebter Himmel - Vogtsburg-Burkheim

This is a very nice restaurant with beautiful eating in a very beautiful old town placed in one of the most beautiful parts of Germany. touristic, but beautiful. eating and service is good.

We visited family members for dinner in the restaurant seventh heaven in burkheim, which was already gedimt several times there. we sat on a round table in a corner of the cellar of the restaurant, and the arrangement was perfect. to be in a position to converse as we ate. the menu offered a good selection of dressed, far from what many consider to be traditional German cuisine. the service was friendly and attentive and eating excellent in taste and presentation. my darling and his wife, who often looks in england, were most impressed.

We took visiting family members to dinner at the Siebter Himmel restaurant in Burkheim having previously dined there on a number of occasions. We were seated at a round table in a corner of the cellar part of the restaurant, and the arrangement was perfect...for being able to converse as we ate. The menu offered a good choice of dishes, far removed from what many consider to be traditional German cuisine. The service was friendly and attentive and the food excellent in both taste and presentation. My brother-in-law and his wife, who frequently dine out in England, were most impressed.

Ich bestellte Flammkuchen "spanisch". Bekam dann einen Flammkuchen ohne beschriebenen Ruccola. Der wurde nachgeliefert und war ziemlich lampig. Der Clou war aber, dass es gar kein Serano Schinken war wie deklariert sondern Schwarzwälder Schinken. Auf meine Reklamation hin meinte der Wirt ganz trocken, es hätte eben keinen Serano Schinken gehabt, und ich müsse den Flammkuchen trotzdem bezahlen. Er verlangte auch noch 2€ mehr als auf der Speisekarte deklariert war. Nie wieder!
