Micasa Delicatessen - Vlaardingen

Normally I never bother to write a bad review, I just don 't order anymore. But every time I feel like eating on charcoal, there is no choice in Vlaardingen. Ladies and gentlemen, I 'm saving you valuable money and time...don 't order here. Employees are lax and have 0 empathy. I ate the whole chicken and spent 1.5 hours on the toilet that same evening. Whenever you call them to say there is no sauce, they say: 'yes, what do you want us to do? ' Hahaha mi casa the biggest joke in Vlaardingen

Terrible thing. Chicken was dry and there was hardly any meat on it. Called Mi Casa with the complaint and they indicate that the quality of the delivery varies each time. Fries were wet and limp. Maybe they should start using oil instead of water. The lady on the phone couldn't do anything for us (no discount or subsequent delivery). I've been a regular customer for years, but I won't order from here again. Service: Delivery

We bestellen vaker hier en het eten is geweldig. Vandaag besteld, was verkeerd geleverd. Ik heb ze gebeld en heel goed behandeld. Juiste bestelling bezorgd en zo vaak hun excuses aangeboden. Eerste keer zo iets hier mee gemaakt, maar heel professioneel opgelost. Super zaak! Aanrader!

Heerlijk eten en aardige bediening thuisbezorgen duurt wat langer maar is het wachten zeker waard
