El Taco Salcero - Visalia

Decent little taco truck. Nothing spectacular.Food: 3/5

We (party of 4) dropped by on a Friday with high hopes for this spot as it was our first visit. Expectations were not met! We were the only customers in the restaurant at this time but our server was not very attentive hung out in the kitchen the whole time; occasionally peaking her head out every so often. We placed our order from a menu that doesn't have ANY PRICES and then waited forever...Come to find out the head chef took off to the grocery store to get the ingredients for our meals! Once plates started to come out.. they didn't make one of the seafood plates we ordered and basically said we didn't order it and didn't offer to make it. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the sope dish was quite large. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The staff is very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food as a 5 out of 5.

Gave this spot a try. Glad we did. It appeared clean, and the food was very good. Hot and fresh. It was a 'do again '.

We waited for an hour for our food. I ordered cheese enchiladas but was given chicken instead. The food was served practically cold. As we were eating, we noticed cockroaches crawling on the floor and wall. The prices were way too high for the quality of food and service. I do not recommend this restaurant.
