Bidra med feedbackWhen you go to Red Hippo, which is located on an area of the A13 motorway, in view of the decor, you expect to see a Buffalo style map... (red and black makes you think of beef meat) in short, you are very welcome, you propose a table, you tend the menus, you relax, everything goes well. It is by reading the card that it spoils! At first glance, you only see Hamburgers with all the meats and sauces and a detailed menu in 3 parts (entrance, dish, dessert or dish, dessert or entry, dish) and you aim for the prices............. and, here, you're hallucinating! So you learn almost the card by heart so much you hesitate! In fact, in this restaurant, you only pay the decor. We end up opting for a dessert flat menu that is not made for big hunger. The Fisch chips (3 panfish sticks and some frozen fries) is served in a metal pantry covered with paper and placed on a slate. It's beautiful, it's a fashion, but it's far from home, especially the sauce that automatically accompanies this wonderful dish. When at the desserts offered, if you don't like chocolate, you don't have the choice.... you order the fruit salad with a bowl of ice all served in a small ice-cream. In fact, it is not mandatory to have a degree in cooks to prepare their recipes... I let motorists judge, but given the prices practiced, I would not return!
Faux filet tender et gouteux, baking or perfect blue, frittes or good ratatouille, a perfect stop on the highway, charming welcome and efficient service
