Starbucks - Virginia Beach

The drive through line here is ALWAYS slow. No way to get out of the line either once you realize how long things are taking (curb building blocking both sides preventing it). Definitely don?t come to this location if you need to be quick (or go inside). 0/10 stars, would not recommend. Edited 10/7/22: Stupidly went to this location again due to it being on the way to somewhere I was going this morning. Ordered my drink via mobile app thinking that would help things along since I had previous experience with their ridiculous slowness. Placed my order 15 minutes before actually arriving to the location, and it wasn?t ready upon arrival and was actually told it was going to be at least another 10 minutes. I ended up not leaving with my drink because I was on a time table. This location either needs to hire additional workers or turn off mobile ordering so they can actually attempt keep up with in-person customers. 10/10 would not recommend.

Literally one of the worst locations. drive through takes a minimum of 10 minutes no matter how many people are in line and 9 times out of 10 my drink is wrong or tastes bad. go to the one in town center instead.

There is a consistency problem between staff. The drinks are standard and have a recipe but there is a 40% chance it will be made right. Any other Starbucks makes the same drink correctly 95% of the time. I go to this location often as it?s by my work, but recently I skip because it?s not worth spending $7 on something that?s probably not good.

It is rare but not a good experience today in this starbuck I used to go every Saturday mornings. Music is loud and not relaxing. Wait is so long. And the team is more in the rush than in relationship. Sandwich is ready far in advance that the beverage so it is cold when coffee is arriving. And usually, they call your name inside when it is ready, not this time. Usually it is better, but maybe it was a very beasy time during the rush hour (10am).

I rarely say anything negative about a business because things are usually good however, this has got to be the most mediocre experience I've had at a Starbucks. My egg bites came in a cup AND when they forgot to blend my Frap chips into my drink.... I get them unblended on the side. What am I supposed to do with these? $20 for McDonald's service... My pastry came in a bag, I would've preferred that than a cup. Also no fork to eat it with. I had to come in and ask for one...
