Ihop - Virginia Beach

On holiday with the family. Had a patty melt and they forgot the patty. Double checked my door the order and what I ordered was right! Thanks for charging the price of a patty melt for this grilled cheese. Order accuracy is clearly NOT its strong suit. Thanks for nothing. Will later find out how to get my money back for this stupidity.

IHOP is a fantastic family-friendly restaurant! The prices are quite reasonable, and they offer discounts for those aged 55 and over, as well as free meals for children from 4 to 7 PM. We always request Brian as our server—he knows us well and consistently provides outstanding service. His smile makes our visits even better! My granddaughter and I have been enjoying IHOP for five years now. The only challenge I face is deciding what to order! Their pancakes are absolutely the best! I particularly love the strawberry cheesecake pancakes, chicken and waffles, and the spinach mushroom omelet. Lunch and dinner options are equally delicious! It’s no wonder I find it so hard to choose!

I initially thought the place was abandoned due to the weeds growing around the windows and throughout the parking lot. Upon entering, we noticed just one sign indicating cash only. The employees seemed a bit disorganized. However, our waitress was polite and friendly. The food was quite good, but the service was slower than expected given that the restaurant had only a few tables occupied. Several times, it felt like the staff were more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to the customers.

Terrible service. Zero stars, if possible, pick up an order online for kurbside waited an hour outside they called 9 times no answer. to the end went inside and above that I had the wrong order. I still try to call back to get a refund and still no answer. Update : could even get a refund terrible.

Food was delicious. Angela was our waitress. She was very nice and made sure our drinks were filled.
