We had a very good time, the atmosphere was hot. Service and food were irreproachable. I recommend 100%.

The Manufacture... A very nice little restaurant at the foot of the cathedral, a very nice decor and a very warm atmosphere with top bosses. We ate very well. At 6 we each took a different menu and everyone was delighted (from the aperitif with its pretty aperitif tray to the dessert). We recommend this restaurant that is part of our favourites. Very quickly without hesitation.
