Bidra med feedbackService was very slow. We were theonlu ones in there. Then 2 other partys came in there exactly got there food before us when we order first. Then when there brought the food it was other people food not ours people came in after us.for the price I think I go to Joe's better price food not bad better deco.service too. Too pricey for the place and food.
I tend to love hole-in-the-wall restaurants, especially diners and cafes. Having seen that Gina's had a 4.5 star rating, I was ready to absolutely love this place. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a really lousy experience.I basically didn't have a server the entire time up until after I had already finished my meal. I had to walk around to find a menu as I wasn't given one, had ask to borrow things like condiments from other guests, no beverage refills until after the meal, not able to get simple stuff like butter for toast, etc. There were only two other people there, so it's not as if the place was busy.I also received the wrong order (which they did correct after I got up and found someone to tell about it), but I wouldn't fault a restaurant for that alone.
This is the kind of restaurant I enjoy reviewing. Yes it’s not fancy and it’s a bit out of the way but boy is the food delicious and truly friendly “welcome home” service. The other day I had the BLT, made the way my grandmother used to make them, might even be better then hers. The other menu items definitely look worth trying. I saw the club sandwich served to an adjoining table and it looked delicious as well. Bottom line, we will be back (weekend breakfast for sure). Finally, I really believe in supporting family owned restaurants and Gina’s in Naples is definitely one I will include.
Worst service ever. They took our order. 5 minutes later people sat next to us. They got there good and finished it before we even got ours.
Bad service ,small portions, ask for refill and took glass to refill and never came back . Had to finish meal with no drink
