The food is great, but it would be wonderful to receive my complete order each time.

They forgot a majority of my 8-piece Fiery Chicken Nuggets Meal and provided the wrong drink for the Original Chicken Sandwich Meal.

I placed a mobile order online and picked it up without any issues. The employee who assisted me was very friendly and efficient.

I placed my order through the app, but ended up stuck in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes without any explanation. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. It was absurd. I couldn't even hear the loudspeaker, so we decided to move to the line with three other cars. I'm not sure what the issue was, but it definitely shouldn't have taken that long to sort it out. The only thing I could really taste was the pickle. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I was looking forward to a nice dinner, but we were all quite disappointed. We waited over 20 minutes at the drive-thru window. When we finally received our drinks, they were large, flat sodas without ice, and they refused to swap them for milkshakes or any alternatives. The French fries were only half full. There was no one else in the drive-thru line. My advice is to go to Popeyes, which is right next door.
