Underwhelmed by our visit! Unfortunately service leaves a lot to be desired, Not sure whether it is because the staff are under pressure but they are slow to respond to the simplest of requests and come across as unfriendly and uncaring. Food was acceptable but standard at best. The rooftop is nice but going on the service and quality of food I would not recommend. There are far better restuarants to choose from in Madrid.

The burgers are great, lots of sizes and nice inventions to choose from (jalapeno twist is my favourite). Staff generally friendly but there are a lot of staff changes. Good selection of rock music. Also it is also pet friendly.

I am very surprised to see the low ratings for this restaurant. Some people must be very hard to please! We have dined there a few times, normally at weekends when it can be extremely busy. This visit was on a weekday afternoon, with young children. The food was very tasty, well cooked and appealing to the eye. The service was friendly and efficient. This is not a fast food restaurant, it is an authentic burger bar with burgers cooked from scratch. Any combination from the menu is possible so if one ingredient is not for you, ask them to leave it out. The range of burgers on offer is extensive and there are also salads and ribs on the menu. Ingredients, including specialist cheeses, are served in generous portions. The burgers themselves start at quarter pounder size (110g) and go up to a gigantic 1kg! Veggie burgers are also on offer. The kids had chicken nuggets with a batter far superior to that offered by the global chain burger bars. The venue can be a little cramped when busy but it adds to the informal atmosphere. Its car park is also quite small, though there is off-street parking within easy walking distance.
