Dunkin' - Village of Saranac Lake

I love the staff here. I had a coffee from Malone and it was messed up and had no time to fix it or I would have been late for work and I called it up directly and they said that I would give me a coffee for the mess. Every time I look there or drive thru they are always peppy and this is how big customer service should look in a time like this

I think this is the best dunkin on the planet! I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are, but I never had a bad coffee or bad experience with an employee here! I wish I could give more than five stars that these people deserve it- keep the good work, you all do GREAT
