Mcdonald's - Village of Lake Placid

I just attempted to pay for my meal with gift certificates. They refused McDonald 's gift certificates because they said they are not participating . McDonalds is just about profit. They couldn 't care less for customers.

Literally everyone working is special needs. That's not an insult they all have severe autism. Grosses me out when a special needs guy dripping boogers is handing me some food.

Placed an order online and walked to this McDonald’s to pick it up. Standing there for 5 minutes as everyone was frantic I asked the manager who looked at us multiple times but did not even acknowledge our existence until 5 min to tell us he’ll be right with us. Another 5 min passes and I flag down someone else and she’s like we’re really busy right now and walks away. The manager who ignored us told the lady that he already told us that he would be right with us. Clearly 10 minutes passing means right with you. I make a comment that I already placed the order online and we’re just here for pick up. He then states to me that he needs to finish out his tray before he can help me. Btw the fire thru was empty and there may have been 5 people total at the restaurant. Sounds like **** poor management and misuse of resources because there was plenty of workers and as you can see from this floor extremely messy disorganized workers.

This place was a cesspool of disgusting tables and atrocious service, the food was mediocre and when waiting to order for a solid 30 minutes when there was nobody at the register I asked if there will be anyone to take my order to get the response that nobody will take my order because they are backed up, I don't recommend this place by any stretch of the word.
