I had a very unpleasant experience with the person who answered the phone at this restaurant. When I called to ask a simple question about adding lettuce to my order, the young lady who answered was quite rude and had an attitude. I mentioned I was on hold previously and asked to speak with a supervisor, but her response was not helpful at all. When I called back to place my order, I encountered the same attitude again, and when I asked for her name, I felt I was given a dismissive response. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service.
