Marko's Pizza - Village of Germantown

Quite the interesting experience, not in a good way but almost laughable way. 20$ pizza that looks like it was cheese and sauce on cardboard. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza… unsure why there was a total of 3 pieces of chicken meat and 80% bell peppers. I’ve had better frozen pizza. Kid who answers the phone picks it up, doesn’t say anything until you say hello first, to which he finally replies with “yeah this is markos”. Happened twice. Asked to have the pizza remade, which they did, unfortunately wasn’t any better the second time around. Should’ve just asked for a refund

Ordered online a pizza for delivery 7:30 pm Saturday night. Received confirming email, but never received our order.

We ordered online a pizza for delivery last night at 7:30. Got a confirming email that they did get our order. It never arrived.

Got take out lasagna. Was the plainest non flavor lasagna could be. Just a thick meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. No real flavor at all, just a filler. Garlic bread had a stale taste.

Ordered cod and chicken dinners for takeout. Arrived when our order was supposed to be ready. After 5-10 minutes we were told our order never went in. No apologies, no drink offered while we wait for our order. We took dinners home and discovered no cole slaw and no tartar sauce for the cod. Looked like one order of fries got split between the two dinners. We have ordered from here before and our order has been late each time but have never experienced the lack of service and professionalism from staff and we have had food missing from our order.
