Welcome to The Nightmare Deli, where October brings more tricks than treats. Yesterday, I placed an order, and when I went to pick it up today, it was completely wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, the store clerk was rude, disrespectful, and confrontational. He said, "Oh, you should've been more specific. We have nothing written down, which means nothing was specified." Honestly, how much clearer can you be when you order plain sandwiches with cheese? Atlantic Deli, I've written a eulogy for you as I prepare to say goodbye. Thank you for over 15 years of service; you were once excellent at your craft. My grandfather used to cater from you for all his special occasions. Sadly, over the years, you've really declined in customer satisfaction, skill, and service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Rest in peace, 10/29/2022.

I recently tried the Beef and Bacon Hero with mayo, oil, and vinegar, and it was incredible! I got exactly what I was craving. I loved it and would wholeheartedly recommend this place! I ate every last bite!

The coffee sandwiches are amazing. Never disappointed when I come here!

When Atlantic Deli gets your order correct the deli is very good, unfortunately its common for them to mess up orders. I?ve gone to this deli for the last 5-6 years and it?s always a risk ordering over the phone here and you?re lucky if they even pick upthe phone. Bagel Dock around the block is a much better establishment and actually reliable.
