Went there for an early dinner. We ordered calamari which was rubbery. One of the main dishes was a ribeye which was the special) and was asked to be cooked medium rare. I could tell as soon as I was cutting it that is was raw. I sent it back for it to be cooked a little longer. In the meantime, I ate some of my wife's chicken- which was bland and tasteless. The steak came back out and it was still raw. I ended up boxing it up to cook at home. When the waiter saw and brought back our bill he apologized and compped our drinks $17) for our $55 steak that came with no sides. The best part of our meal was the bread and olive oil! Sadly, we will not be returning.

Attending college graduation in the area and love the Village of Fishkill. Came across Sapore when searching for a nice place to celebrate our graduate. So glad we decided to go! Services was excellent and food was outstanding! Will definitely be back since we still have a college student in the area.
