Menu Daguet at 39€ with a race 59€ per person with the glass wines adapted to the dish and the aperitif cup mix of honey champagne orange and alcohol very original with amuse mouth to the ortie! The homemade smoked salmon with its toast and its little cream that I ask... The roasted **** with its cooked pork calf with beer with all its accompaniment of delicious vegetables and gratins! My father's apple pie cooked on a toffee bed. Trou Normand colonel with nice green lemon zest in the mouth Excellent inn for its very good cuisine and chic rustic style décor! The waitress was so nice. I'll be right back!
A beautiful place to make memories. The frame is beautiful with a traditional style with exposed beams and ancient stones. In the plate it is just as well with dishes made from local products (common forest gamers are frequently offered on the menu, the chef also realizes his own foie gras as well as smoked salmon. The best for the end, the owner who is a person of great listening and kindness and who never hesitates to fold in four to satisfy his customers. In short, a hostel to visit as often as possible!
A magnificent building that has already been a few centuries old and according to the boss has always served as a restaurant. The frame is very beautiful, melting the rustic and bourgeois side. Welcome and served by the boss we had a good time. The products are fresh and homemade. The boss knows his card by heart and leaves his little recommendation, able to detail the recipe of each dish if necessary. A real pleasure for taste buds and an unforgettable moment on a classical music background. I highly recommend.
We came out of this little atypical restaurant where we were well received. The chef makes us discover new astonishing flavors that rekindled our taste buds. We won't hesitate to come back. Well copied and homemade. Thank you for everything:
We went twice to the hostel for my wife's birthdays. With the disorders, the boss only opened his magnificent restaurant for us. The setting is fantastic, the old luxury hostel style is breathtaking. NOus had never seen such a welcome from an owner, very present at all discretion, and with whom we discussed a lot. And the meal, with multiple dishes, was really succulent (we were at very good star tables). My wife was at the angels two years ago (I was lucky) and I was scared last year, but it was even better. Renewal as soon as possible
