Mcdonald's - Vienna

This might have been one of my worst experiences at a McDonald's I went through the drive-thru got the $5 meal deal I got the chicken sandwich nuggets fries and a sweet tea well it turns out the chicken sandwich was a mcspicy chicken sandwich the fries were not cooked the nuggets were semi lukewarm and my drink was regular tea not sweet tea I mean how can you expect to pay someone $16 an hour and this is what you get in return absolutely atrocious will not visit this McDonald's again and I suggest other people do the same

It’s about 6:58am EST, on June 11, 2024, I always visit this particular McDonalds. I know the night crew, managers and some of the morning crew. I’ve never had any issues while visiting this location. I normally go inside to use my laptop or Dash in this area and may rest (take breaks) in my automobile in between DASHES. I park where I feel safe. At about 7:01am before going into McDonald’s to get my regular hot water and lemons I heard a bang knocking up against the drivers side of my automobile. I heard this bang 3 times. I ignored it and continued to rest my eyes. Once I sat MY seat up there was a MALE staring at me with such hate in his eyes. This male/demon even walked away and walked back to my vehicle, he gritted looking my vehicle up and down. I asked, “is there a problem”? This angry HOSTILE MALE stated, “it’s 30 minute parking”. Out of almost 30 spaces he chose to harass me as a woman in the parking lot. I even noticed the banging on my automobile was his broom. He was sweeping the parking lot and used a broom to damage and bang up against my automobile. He will be reported to authorities for harassment and attempt to intimidate and damage the property of a WOMAN. He should be ashamed of himself. Why is it so hard for the drive-thru crew to remember to put napkins in the bag? It happens ALL THE TIME!

I went through the drive-through and the guy was nice but the lady that gave me the food was absolutely disrespectful. She gave me the food when I asked for honey mustard and ignored me and I know that because she stared me dead in the eyes also poorly wrapped my mcChicken horrible experience.

This is a normal McD with one difference, the curbside pickup has been disappointing a few times now. Approximately 20 minutes wait, and may be longer if I didn't go in to see what's wrong. Today they said they had to make new fries. They did apologize and were professional. Even still, this has happened a few times so I don't know what is up. My advice is if you want fast service go through the drive thru or go inside.
