Sitka Cafe - Victoria

It should be noted that Sitka Cafe has closed. This was a wonderful little spot for coffee and some light lunches. However, the Sitka clothing store has moved to Government Street and the Cafe has been permanently closed.

No longer on Yates Street. Now on Government Street just around the corner. Be sure to wear your lumberjack flannels and toque (woolen cap).

If you are looking for a good cappucino, this is the place. Lunch was healthy and hearty too. Don't walk past thinking it's just a clothing retail store - go in!

This unexpected cafe found in a westcoast surf shop is a pleasant find. While the menu is small, everything on it is worth a try. The food is fresh and you can have a healthy meal. I'm a fan of the veggie wrap with a side of quinoa salad. I must admit I was sad when they got rid of my ulimate favourite sandwich, the caprese. The staff is freindly (a freindly hipster place!!! They do exist!!!). I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this place, over and over. It's a lunchtime must!
