Welcoming place, friendly and expert staff. The unprofessional owner, I personally witnessed a noteworthy act of hers: she responded very badly to a customer who, despite himself, had to pay for a coffee with a 50 euro note. I understand there may be difficulties in exchanging money etc., but kindness towards customers must always be put first. The acidic and biting comments (pronounced out loud) immediately following the customer's exit left me stunned. Never again.
