Our visit to the Allegria restaurant in Udine was a very pleasant experience. From the welcome to the service, everything was impeccable. The elegant setting made the evening even more pleasant. Starting with a Prosciutto di San Daniele and a selection of delicious cheeses, we continued with the Timau Cjalsons, which were truly excellent, the filling truly special. Typical dishes such as Musetto, brovada and polenta, together with frico with polenta, made the dinner an authentic immersion in Carnic cuisine. Finally, the desserts, a Carnia apple strudel and a Tiramisu with Raveo Esse, closed the evening in a delicious way. An excellent location to fully enjoy the richness of Carnic cuisine. I highly recommend Allegria restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic dining experience in Udine.
